Massages and Treatments are by appointment only.

Policies:

We understand our client’s time is valuable, which is why we adhere to the following policies to guarantee we are able to work efficiently for you. Our intention is to provide our clients with professional and therapeutic onsite Massage.

Our therapists are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows preparation time for the service and a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Please be ready to accommodate therapist arrival in this 15 minute pre-appointment window.

After this 15 waiting period, you will get charged a $30 Late Fee every 15 minutes your treatment is delayed. If scheduling does not allow for delays, your service may be shortened after the 15 minute period to honor other scheduled appointments. We will always do our best to be as accommodating as possible.

Soñar Spa is not responsible for any added parking charges or Valet charges. Soñar Massage Therapist are not responsible if they can’t find parking at the time of service, clients must provide parking or have accessible parking at the location at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Your therapy times are reserved for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Soñar Spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 Hours in advance. Once the appointment is booked, you have 1 hour to cancel before it is fully confirmed. 

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

If you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled massage you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75,

If you cancel within an hour of your scheduled massage you will be charged $100.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and massage therapists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Our therapists travel to your home, and we are obligated to compensate our therapists for their time.

All treatments require a Credit Card, Venmo, or Zelle service holding deposit. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or a no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment and are not obligated to use their credit card for final payment.

All Gift Certificates are non refundable after 24 hours.

No Show Policy

At Soñar Spa we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service.
