All our prices are in US dollars, DOES NOT INCLUDE TIPS, you can give a minimum 15% tip for the total cost of the service but tipping is always up to your discretion.

All our prices are as follows and will not be changed.

No private information will be exchanged between clients and our Independent contractors. This includes phone number, venmo, cash app, zelle and social media information. Any Independent contractor caught doing it will be immediately TERMINATED.

There are no special rates or promotions that cannot be combined with any other discounts.

You cannot split the time of your massage with another person.

You have an estimated 15 minute tolerance time between each massager at start time.

Payments are accepted in Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle and CC (please notecc processing fee will apply). No checks will be accepted unless its a corporate job or a big job.

Age restrictions:

The minimum age for clients to take unsupervised services is 18 years old. Under no circumstances can children be left alone. An adult, parent or guardian must be present in the room for any client under the age of 16 who wish to receive spa services. Salon services are available for all ages.

Medical Conditions & Health Concerns:

All treatments booked, are subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. The set of guidelines below is not an exhaustive list and only serves to highlight some of the main medical indicators where treatments may not be advised: HIGH RISK PREGNANCY (We recommend after 4 months of gestation), MOBILITY PROBLEMS, ACTIVE/UNDER ACTIVE THYROID, WARTS, HEART PROBLEMS, EPILEPSY, SKIN DISEASES/DISORDERS, DIABETES, METAL PINS/PLATES, CLAUSTROPHOBIA, EAR INFECTIONS, CANCER, SURGERY IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS, ALLERGIES (Our oil has a neutral smell). Please be assured our Therapists have your health and well-being at the forefront of their concerns. If you have any of the above medical conditions there may be a risk or restriction to any of the treatments listed and you are advised to contact us or your GP prior to arrival. We do ask that all guests complete and return the confidential consultation questionnaire.

Clarification:

Send us the exact location of your stay, preferably by 818-392-6632. In rental house (Street, Name of the house, lot, block and number of the house or villa) in hotel (Number of room and permission to enter your room), a spa appointment has a set-up time of 30 minutes before the start time of services. It is very important that you notify your security booth about our arrival.

Cancellation policies:

Once scheduled you have 24 hours to cancel, deposits will be moved to your next rescheduling date. if you cancel 4 hours before you loose deposit, 2 hours before its $50 charge and if you cancel 1 hour before its full price. For all groups (4 or more) we require 72 hrs. cancellation notice.

Special cases of cancellation notice:

Reservations made from one day to another: If a reservation has been made less than 24 hours before the start time of the appointment (From one day to another), cancellations will not be allowed after 9:00 PM on the day on which appointment was made. Cancellations will only be allowed by calling our office before 9:00 PM closing time. If we have not received the phone call, the appointment will be charged in full.

Reservations made for the same day. If a reservation has been made for the same day, a minimum cancellation notice of 2 hours will be required.

Charge Extras:

When an appointment requires a set time before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm. The appointment will incur an additional charge of 50% on the net prices.

A travel fee of $ 25 to $200 will be applied for outside Los Angeles sessions depending on the distance.

All prices are subject to change with prior notice. Prices change with other payment methods. The services and prices are individual and are subject to availability.

- Active cold sores/fever blisters/HSV1, Facial Warts, Active skin infections and/or diseases, (viral, bacterial, fungal), Conjunctivitis and/or Styes, Open wounds or lesions, Rashes and Sunburns. 

*Current use of prescription retinols may prohibit some services, ask your Esthetician for more details 

LED LIGHT THERAPY:

- Pregnancy, Seizure Disorders and/or Epilepsy, Cancer/Tumors, Photosensitivity (sensitivity to light) and Steroid Use (topical and oral).

ULTRASONIC DERMABRASION:

- Pregnancy, Seizure Disorders and/or Epilepsy, Cancer/Tumors, Heart Conditions, Pacemakers, Electronic or Metal Implants, Circulation Disorders, Blood Disorders (or current use of blood thinners) and Diabetes. 

MICROCURRENT: 

- Pregnancy, Seizure Disorders and/or Epilepsy, Cancer/Tumors, Heart Problems (suspected or diagnosed), Electronic or Metal Implants, Pacemakers/Defibrillators/Stimulators, Varicose Veins, Broken Capillaries, Phlebitis (vein inflammation), Thrombophlebitis (blood clot in vein), Recent Facial Surgery or Invasive Treatments  and Botox within 2 weeks of service.
